  1. What is the Big F Privileged Club?
    The Big F Club is a privileged club for its members that gets them amazing discounts and offers at partner restaurants that have been carefully selected. Whether you want to dine at the finest restaurant, or pamper yourself or your loved ones with a special treat or have a nice drink with friends, The Big F Club makes it happen for you.
  1. How does this app function?
    Firstly, the Big F Club isn’t an app, and that’s what makes it even more awesome. All you need is a Facebook account! Simply open the Big F page on Facebook, and start texting us and we will guide you through your exclusive membership. This membership comes at a minimal cost of INR 1499 only for the annual membership that gives you 3 digital coupons of every participating outlet.
  1. Any special feature/s of the app I need to know about?
    The Big F Club isn’t an app, and that’s what makes it even more awesome. The first-of-its-kind Facebook Messenger based Digital Loyalty program offers exclusive deals across its partner restaurants. It is interactive, instant and the chatbot (web robot) based service that shows you restaurants by name and location besides keeping you entertained. Since it is unlike app, you will not have to download it or keep updating it every few days (as long as you already have Facebook messenger on your phone)
  1. Do I have to be a member of the Food Freak family to use the app?
    No, being a member is not mandatory but our group members may get few exclusive offers from time to time. Currently we have 3 food groups in NCR – Delhi Food Freak, Gurgaon Food Freak & Noida Food Freak
  1. If I am not a Facebook user but am a foodie how Cam I become a member of The Big F Club
    Currently Facebook messenger and Facebook login is mandatory but we are working on a non FB based solution too and shall soon come out with it.
  1. How can I invite my friends to be a part of the club?
    Simply go on “My profile” and click on the “Invite friends” icon. A link will be generated. This can be copied and sent through whatsapp, fb messenger, sms, email etc with your friends and family.
  1. Is there anything special that my friend will get on coming on the Big F club if they come through my reference?
    Your friend will get a 25% off on the annual membership if they come through your reference. And not only this, even your membership benefits will be extended by a month every time any of your friend joins using your reference.
  1. How can I register for The Big F Club?
  • Ensure you have Facebook Messenger. Else please download it from playstore
  • Use link https://m.me/thebigfclub which will open in the Facebook messenger
  • Click on ‘start now’ button and follow the instructions and pay membership fee of INR 1499 only valid for an entire year.
  1. Where can I download The Big F Club Application?
    The Big F Club isn’t an app, and that’s what makes it even more awesome.   1. How can I pay to register for The Big F Club membership
    To register for Big F membership we offer a wide range of payment modes such as credit card, debit card, net banking or even e-wallets like mobikwik, PayUMoney, Ola Money, Airtel Money. We even accept UPI payments.
  1. What are the benefits I get as a privileged club member?
    The Big F Club offers simple but powerful benefits. For the buffets, you get buy 1 Get 1 offers. At the alacarte restaurants, you get minimum 20% discount on your bill including alcohol. So just go and enjoy the experience without worrying about what to order and comparing prices of each dish.
  1. What would the validity for my club membership be?
    Your Big F Club membership comes at a nominal fee of INR 1499 for 365 days.
  1. How many coupons per restaurant can I get in a month?
    You can use unlimited coupons subject to the limit of 3 coupons per outlet for your membership calendar
  1. Where can i see a complete list of restaurants on the app so i could make my choice of restaurant?
    In “The Big F Club” chat window on Facebook messenger as the Chabot(web robot”) by typing “Show me all restaurants”, and Chabot will show you the top 20 picks. In case you have any particular restaurant in mind,  type phrases like “Deals for <restaurant name>” or “Offers for <restaurant name>” in the chat window (replace <restaurant name> by the actual restaurant name that you would like to search), and the Chabot will search the database and show you the available offers.   1. Is there a reminder or flashing system for last date of coupon?
    You can check validity of your coupons in the coupon section of your profile.
  1. What happens to my unused coupons? Is there any grace period on validity?
    Each coupon grabbed can be used for the same day. Once coupon has been grabbed, it cannot be re-credited to your account in any circumstances. It is better to grab the coupon at the restaurant or after confirming availability and your booking from the restaurant. Any leftover coupons once your membership ends will automatically expire.
  1. How can I get to know if children are permitted or not permitted at a certain restaurant?
    That is something you will need to check directly with the restaurant when deciding to make use of your coupon as every restaurant has its rules.
  1. If I share my coupon with someone does it automatically go out of my account?
    No, sharing any coupon with someone does not go out of your account. Sharing a coupon is actually meant for sharing the offer details running at a particular restaurant
  1. Would sharing the coupon mean that the person can use the coupon even if s/he is not a member. If no then what is the use of sharing?
    Coupons or the offer details can be shared with any of your friends using Facebook messenger even if they are not a member. Sharing allows you to share the information about a particular offer running at a restaurant with your friends who might be interested in similar type of offers.
  1. Do I have to book a table to use the coupon or does the code mean reservation too?
    Ours is a privileged app not a reservation system. The coupon does not guarantee reservation. Prior reservation is recommended before grabbing the coupons.
  1. Is there any limit on number of people I can take on a coupon?
    For ala-carte restaurant there is no limit upon the number of people you can take along. The more, the merrier! The discount is valid on the total bill value at a table. For the buffet restaurant, 1 coupon can be used by 2 people, 2 coupons can be used by 4 people and 3 coupons can be used by 6 people dining together.
  1. Can I use multiple coupons of a particular place at the same time?
    No, coupons cannot be clubbed at a particular outlet on the same day except buffet where multiple coupons can be used.
  1. How will I know when new hotels / restaurants are added to The Big F Club
    A notification will be shared of the new additions through the FB Messenger
  1. What if my Facebook is down and I need to access The Big F Club
    The Facebook server is rarely down and never exceeds a few minutes. Trying again would be best.
  1. Is there a customer care number where I can seek direct assistance from an executive?
    The number is given under the support section of The Big F Club page. Our executive can be reached for assistance and any queries that you may have.
  1. As members of The Big F privileged club would restaurants give any preference on booking?
    The Big F club is ensuring some of the best deals for its members. Reservations are completely in the hands of hotels and restaurants and is subject to availability
  1. Where can I see my used coupons?
    Simply go to your profile and select My coupons to view the used coupons.
  1. Where can I see my grabbed coupons that are yet to be redeemed.
    Simply go to your profile and select My coupons to view the used coupons. Anything not used is available for redemption.
  1. For someone else to use my coupon would that person need to give my mobile number too?
    Currently, coupons are non-transferrable.
  1. How to get the app icon on my phone home wall?
    To be able to create a shortcut on your homescreen, tap on the small menu icon on to right of the “The Big F Club” chat window. Select Create shortcut. This facility is currently only available in Android phone.
  1. Where can I read the terms and conditions of restaurants and hotels for usage of coupon?
    View T&C option below each partner restaurant offer.
  1. Is there any option of cancelling a coupon I grabbed?
    No. Once a coupon purchase is made, it cannot be cancelled.
  1. What if for some reason the hotel or restaurant refuses to redeem my coupon?
    In case for some reason the hotel or the restaurant refuses to redeem your coupon, please choose the “Support” option under “Help and Support”in the menu of “The Big F Club” chat window, or write to support@trilyo.com
  1. Are there any happy hours offers?
    The Big F coupons cannot be clubbed with any other offers of the partner outlets, such as happy hours or special days like Christmas, New Year’s and Valentine’s Day.
  1. Can a buffet discount coupon be used for Ala-carte?
    No, buffet coupons cannot be used on Ala-carte option, unless the coupon specifically mentions the same.
  1. Would the discounts be on food only or drinks too?
    Discount is applicable on the on the total bill value. However, we request you to read the terms and conditions as it may vary from outlet to outlet.
  1. Can i put in requests for my favourite restaurant and be intimated if any offers come up on the same?
    Yes, please write to support@trilyo.com with “AlertMe: <Restaurant Name>” in the subject line
  1. Do I get any extra benefit for being a regular user of the app and it’s offers?
    Time and again we keep publishing new offers for our regular customers. You will be notified on your Facebook Messenger about the updates.
  1. Can I find a restaurant basis of cuisine?
    You will soon be able to search restaurant basis cuisine by typing it on the messenger
  2. Does this app also give home delivery options?
    We are soon introducing home delivery as an option too
