Chicken Mince Kababs

A perfect accompaniment to Choosda Nu Dhanshak

500 gms chicken mince

4-5 medium potatoes, boiled n mashed

1 med-large onion, finely chopped

7-8 green chillies, slit n finely chopped

8-10 garlic cloves, cut very fine

1/3 cup kothmir/coriander leaves, finely chopped

1- 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder

½ – ¾ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp dhania jeera powder

Salt to taste

Semolina – Rava

3 eggs, beaten seasoned with a wee bit of salt

Oil for frying

Method:

Mix everything EXCEPT semolina, eggs n oil.

Heat oil in a kadhai.

Make balls of the mixture to the size of kababs.

Toss lightly in semolina, dip in beaten egg n fry in oil.

Drain on kitchen towel n serve hot.
