Chicken Burger {Recipe}

There are various recipes floating around for Chicken Burgers, but this recipe by Harkirat Uberoi is so simple and good to eat. Enjoy!!!

Chicken burgerIngredients:

Chicken mince (300 gm)

egg (1)

salt (10 gm)

white pepper (3 gm)

mustard powder (3 gm)

nutmeg (3 gm)

onion chopped (25 gms)

peppers (25 gms)

worcestershire suace (3 ml)

maggi seasoning (3 ml) was mixed thoroughly and left to marinate for 30 minutes,

Recipe:

Mix all the above and shape into patties.

Chill it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and grilled them in a non stick pan.

Saute onions and sweet bell peppers oin vinegar, olive oil, salt, tabasco, sugar and salt

Cut crisp ice berg, slice some red firm tomato and fry eggs just as you asssemble the burgers one by one.

Keep ready kraft cheese dressing and some butter to line the bun insides and warm them in the oven.
