A special A la Carte Biryani Menu has been prepared by Chef Amit Dash to satiate the bon vivant in you. Indulge in the carefully crafted specialties from 6th-19th May from 7:00-11:00pm at MoMo Café, Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport.
The Royal Biryani festival offers a vast range of mouth watering specials with a fine mélange of vegetarian and non-Vegetarian delectable Biryanis. These exquisitely crafted dishes will be presented by our culinary experts under the watchful eye of Chef Dash, whose expertise lies in the North West frontier cuisine, Awadhi and Peshawari. Having gained a lot of his culinary expertise from Chef Kulsum Begum (descendant of the Royal family of Hyderabad and Dumpukht’s founding Chef Imtiaz Qureshi), chef promises to enthrall the guests with his royal biraynis.
Biryani, A regal dish, is a perfect one-dish meal that combines ingredients typical to the Mughlai style of cooking. The Royal Biryani Festival menu includes the traditional Rasjasthani Biryani, Chooza Biryani, the Punjabi specialty Tangdi Biryani, the Nalli Rogini Biryani of Lucknow, the Malabar Prawn Biryani of South India and many more, for the non-vegetarian enthusiast. The menu also comprises an array of vegetarian Biryanis from Niyamat-e-arab-Biryani of Hyderabad, to Karaikudi Kai Biryani of Chennai, to Cheesy Baigan Biryani of Delhi, for the vegetarian aficionado. Indulge in mouth watering accompaniments like Bhurani Raita, Mixed vegetable Raita and Baghara baigan to perfectly compliment your Biryani.
