-Authentic Traditional Food from all the eight North-Eastern states is available at Rosang
July 10th, 2013, New Delhi: Rosang Café & Store, a traditional restaurant for authentic traditional North-Eastern cuisines is inaugurated in Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi recently.
Rosang serves traditional cuisines from all the eight states of North-East India.
The food menu includes traditional cuisines from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura served seven days in a week. Some of the unique dishes available are traditional Naga thali, Jadoh (Wild red rice with Non-veg of Meghalaya), Kukhura Masu (Sikkimese delicacy), Singju (Manipuri seasonal vegetable salad), Bilahi Masoor Tenga (Assamese tomato fish curry), To Khan (Chicken curry with Tomato of Tripura), Bai (Mixed vegetable stew of Mizoram) and Ngatok (Arunachali Fish Stew), among others.
Besides North-East cuisines, Rosang also serves few selected Chinese cuisine.
The ambience of Rosang has been nicely decorated with beautiful interiors, coupled with photographs portraying panoramic views of North-East, a carved wooden ceiling, and seating cushions made from traditional fabric.
