Playing on this urge, a Mexican Food Festival kicks off at Collage- a multicuisine restaurant in Hyatt Amritsar starting from 8th January-31st January,2014 every Wednesday & Saturday.
Enjoy spicy food with Mexican favorites, from traditional Nachos, Tacos, Quesadillas, burritos, refried beans, chilly corn carne, guacamole to name a few. The restaurant comes alive with larger than life Mexican décor and foot tapping Latin music to suit the occasion.
Commenting on Mexican food fiesta, Head Chef Tanmoy Majumder said “It is wonderful for us to present the taste of Mexico to Amritsar, and we hope many will take advantage of that”.He also adds that Mexican and Indian cuisines have many similarities in terms of spices and flavours therefore, we offer our guests a medley of piquant flavours associated with Mexican cuisine with Indian touch.
