14th November, 2014: Chef Ankit Mangla (Brand Chef, Fresc Co) hosted the Cake mixing ceremony at Fresc Co at Janpath, Delhi. The evening witnessed a variety of ingredients including dates, plums, cherries and other dry fruits mixed with a munificent amount of alcohol.
The Christmas celebrations begin 6 weeks before via this age old tradition as Fresco invited a number of their regular guests, enthusiastic children, restaurant staff to join in the fun wearing the impressive green coloured Fresc Co aprons and gloves.
A total of 150 kgs of assorted dry fruits were mixed and it will now be kept soaked together before being baked for Christmas plum cakes and puddings.
