This year, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu will be setting a new benchmark in the field of culinary innovation by curating the ultimate Michelin dining experience in partnership with 4XFOUR Singapore, an expert in pop up dining experiences with handpicked Michelin star chefs from across the globe.
This unique concept comes to India for the first time and will be a two part series bringing the world’s best Michelin Star Chefs to the city through a customized experience curated by JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu’s hospitality experts. The April stint of this concept will kick off with an outstanding chef line up over two weeks, where guests will get to experience delectable lunch and dinner menus. A special beverage menu comprising of premium drinks will also be offered to all guests to enhance their dining experience.

Chef Laurent Peugeot, Le Charlemagne – France, 1 Michelin Star
One of France’s rising culinary stars, Laurent’s charming Le Charlemagne restaurant, located at Pernand Vergelesses is a thoroughly unique fusion of French-Japanese cuisine. Chef Laurent Peugeot was named the ‘Best Young Chef of the Year’ in 2007 by Gault Millau and obtained his first star Michelin in the same year. The restaurant obtained its first Michelin star in 2006. Having spent 4 years in Japan, there is no better chef who will understand the subtle touches of Japanese ingredients to traditional French cuisine. Chef Laurent will craft a menu which will bring the best of both France and Japan to Indian diners.

Giovanni D’amato, Ristorante Il Rigoletto – Italy,
2 Michelin Stars
Chef Giovanni D’amato started his career at the age of 26, with his restaurant, Ristorante Il Rigoletto in Italy where he still remains today. He is also the Relais and Chateaux Grand Chef with two Michelin stars to his credit and has most recently published his first book titled “Sinfonie del Rigoletto”. World renowned for focusing on food’s basic elements, the location of his restaurant has allowed Giovanni to push the boundaries of gastronomy with some rich territorial products. Giovanni will bring traditional Italian cuisine to Italian fare fans in Mumbai.
Asia’s leading pop up expert 4XFOUR has partnered with JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to introduce this experience to the Indian audience. 4XFOUR is an exciting concept that brings the best of gastronomy from around the world to prestigious venues in Asia. Originating from Singapore, the series will make its debut in India in partnership with Marriott International.
