Presenting a range of dishes from exotic corners of China, Thailand, Burma, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and many more, set the perfect dining destination to sample all things Asian.
The menu offers a wide variety of flavors with a tantelizing experience for your taste buds while we take you on a true Asian journey. Join us on this escapade from the 9th of December, launching across 5 restaurants and 4 cities.
On the launch of the new menu our VP Production – Chef Amit Puri, with his exhaustive know-how and experience on oriental cuisine quoted, “We believe this is the right time to launch the new menu, with the onset of the New Year, and our attempt is to present the best Pan Asian cuisine in an inviting oriental experience. Our aim is to provide our customers an array of tastes across 11 countries, that are distinct yet compliment the overall menu in perfect harmony”
Noodle Bar with its warm, chirpy, effervescent feel, is probably one of the few places in India to enjoy a classic oriental meal with its all-time favourite Thai Lemon Pepper Coriander Soup, Har Gow dim sums or everyone’s favourite ‘Toss it Up’, now also presents some exciting new additions .
For our hearty salad lovers there is Som Tum (Thailand) a raw papaya salad along with Leafy Vegetable Wasabi Dressing (Japan) and Thai Sprouts and Grilled Chicken. Also presenting, a delectable range of handcrafted new starters like Five Spiced Water Chestnut (China), Thai BBQ Grilled Chicken (Thailand), Pepper Squid (Burma), etc. One can choose from options of main course like Jilin Chicken (Thailand), Honey Soya Lamb (China), Vietnamese Basa (Vietnam) and the Flaming Pot Prawns (Hong Kong), etc.
Vegeterians also have equal options to choose from with lip smacking dishes like Devil Chilli Eggplant & Tofu (China), Black Pepper Cottage Cheese (China) etc. The new additions of, ‘meal in the bowl’ is a perfect steal to savor on dishes like Malaysian Lamb Redang (Malaysia), Hokomein Bowl (Singapore), amongst the others.
Complementing the food is the artfully done and warmly inviting decor that makes you stopover to an alley of far-east, the very moment you step-in. Most of the dishes are liberally sauced and spiced. One can end their meal with mouthwatering desserts like Lime & Lemon Panna Cotta.
